Fraser-Volpe LLC has over 38 years of manufacturing electro-optical and optical mechanical assemblies for the Department of Defense, Federal and State Agencies. Fraser-Volpe has the capability to produce build to print systems. We provide complete turn-key services or produce sub-assemblies for our customers.

Fraser-Volpe is a pioneer in the field of image stabilizers and has produced more stabilized binoculars than any other company in the world. In addition, the company has a technical staff of engineering and production personnel with an accumulated experience in stabilization in excess of 100 years.

We are the prime contractor for the M25 Binocular for the United States Army, the Stereo Vision binocular for the Pennsylvania State University Electro-Optics Center (EOC) and the Stabilized Driver Sight for the Army Research Lab at Aberdeen, MD.

In order to provide these services, Fraser-Volpe has full-electro-mechanical production capabilities from purchasing through inspection to assembly and test.
